Role Overview

The AI Business Analyst ensures AI initiatives deliver real business value by translating business needs into clear technical requirements and driving adoption across stakeholders. This role is critical to bridging AI innovation and enterprise reality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for AI and GenAI initiatives
Elicit, document, and manage AI-specific requirements
Translate business objectives into AI use cases, KPIs, and success metrics
Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams throughout delivery
Support UAT, change management, and user enablement
Track value realization and adoption metrics
Act as liaison between business, risk, and technical teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years in business analysis or product roles
Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Agile delivery experience

What Differentiates Strong Candidates

Experience in financial services AI initiatives
Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or compliance considerations
Experience measuring AI ROI
