And that’s where you come in.

We’re ACC: the backstage of the Belgian advertising industry.

We connect agencies, support talent, host events, run trainings and keep the whole ecosystem humming.

Now we’re looking for a hands-on Office Hero

You’ll:

Keep our office running like a well-oiled (but friendly) machine
Handle administrative follow-up without breaking a sweat
Manage registrations for events and brainery sessions
Update and maintain our database (yes, it matters more than people think)
Prepare and follow up newsletters
Keep an eye on our TikTok channel (hello, algorithms )
Host events and trainings: setting up rooms, arranging catering, making sure drinks are cold and people are happy

You are:

Organised, proactive and allergic to chaos (or at least good at taming it)
Fluent in Dutch & English – French is a flex
A natural fixer who enjoys ticking things off lists
Comfortable juggling admin with people and practical stuff
Not afraid to take responsibility and ownership
At the start of your career or already with some work experience? As long as you fit the role, we’d love to hear from you
