We are seeking a Franchise Performance Coach to join our coaching team. This role is designed for a performance-driven professional who can help franchise owners improve sales outcomes, strengthen operational discipline, and drive measurable revenue growth. This is not a general advisory position. It is a hands-on performance role focused on business execution, sales strategy, and accountability.

Role Overview

As a Franchise Performance Coach, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 20-25 franchise owners. Most operate digital marketing agencies serving small and mid-sized businesses, including AI consulting services. Your primary responsibility is to help these entrepreneurs grow revenue, improve sales effectiveness, and operate more strategically.

Success in this role is measured by:

Revenue growth across your assigned portfolio
Improved sales conversion rates and pipeline consistency
Stronger goal-setting and performance accountability
Adoption of tools, including AI solutions, that improve efficiency and differentiation

Key Responsibilities
Coach new franchise owners through launch and early-stage sales development
Support established franchisees in refining positioning, pricing, and growth strategy
Join live client sales calls to strengthen messaging and improve close rates
Establish quarterly goals and track performance metrics
Provide direct, constructive feedback tied to measurable outcomes
Introduce and advise on practical AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Make, Gemini) that improve operations and client delivery
Act as a connector to WSI’s broader network, resources, and strategic initiatives

This role requires balancing encouragement with high standards and accountability.

Qualifications

You may be a strong fit if you have:

3–7 years of experience in business coaching, sales leadership, consulting, agency strategy, or client growth roles
Demonstrated experience influencing revenue outcomes
A strong understanding of small business dynamics and sales processes
Comfort participating in and elevating live sales conversations
Experience with, or strong interest in, AI tools and workflow automation
The ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable next steps
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Experience
Background in a franchise, marketing agency, or consulting environment
Experience coaching entrepreneurs or performance-driven professionals
Familiarity with digital marketing services and recurring revenue models
Experience implementing AI-driven solutions within marketing or operations
