YOUR RESPONSABILITIES :

In this role you will be accountable to manage Off-Trade related programs and execute them focusing in French off trade customers. You will be in charge to develop customers preference for our brand portfolio, working in partnership with the KAM.

Your knowledge of the shoppers’ insights and your customer focus will be key to succeed in this role. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Customer Marketing team, Consumer Marketing and Commercial teams.

You will build and develop best in class Category Development capabilities for your customers that will enable us to win market share.
You will deliver with excellence the key customers meetings: Revue de marché & d’innovation, Reco d’assortiment, Revue merchandising etc..
You will be responsible for identifying categorial development opportunities for your customers.
You will analyze the performance of Bacardi at your customers and provide recommendations to meet share of market target with a strong focus on promotional activities
You will be the local expert on Purchasers across the Off-Trade and how their needs and decisions shape category choice and brand choice across channel segments.
You will ensure sales field team has all the tools they need to deliver perfect execution in your customer shops In this role, you will primarily be based in Saint-Denis’ office where you will be working with multifunctional team colleagues. By September 2026, the office will move to Paris 9th closed to St-Lazare

DRIVE RESULTS & EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION

Provide local purchaser-specific insights to inform customer review meetings and commercial propositions.
Build and manage specific Customer Engagement programs, including but not limited to category Management initiatives, categorial purchaser marketing programs, etc.
Organize and manage customer-facing meetings in partnership with the KAM.
Apply the category range and space management methodology that informs the Picture of Succes and drive effective implementation (AVQPAP)
Develop on-going Account Manager content (Inspiration decks, provide sell in decks on specific Off-Trade activation).
Share, ‘steal’ and re-apply activation ideas and executions from other markets where relevant programs and plans exist
Provide reports to the business on the customer performance

DEVELOP TALENT AND CAPABILITY

Together with Commercial Development, own and embed Category Development capabilities to build the organization’s capacity to deliver year on year value growth.
Build a learning organization by creating a “share, steal and reapply” culture that systematically builds a database of Category Development best practices that feed into the Cluster.
Work closely with Marketing team to understand brand performance and build acceleration plans. BE PART OF A WINNING TEAM
Help build a sense of community across the Category Development team (off + on-trade) and sales team
Set an inspiring vision and align the team behind challenging targets while creating a passion for winning
Engage in a culture of excellence in execution that recognizes and rewards high performance

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles in Off-Trade / Or experience at retailers (chef de rayon, buyers etc..)
At least 2-3 years of experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
Experience in analysing data and producing actionable insights ideally on NIELSEN IQ
Experience with Project Management
Proficiency in English language skills
Team Spirit

The following experiences are preferred:

Sales / Marketing experience
Experience within one or more companies that have an established reputation for shopper marketing excellence
Fluent in French
