Role - Java Developer
Location - NC – Charlotte Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in a week)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and communicate system-related issues at a technical level appropriate for the audience.
Conduct senior-level system analysis, design & implementation of applications, including integration with third-party products
Adhere to established development, quality and architectural standards.
Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the software development life cycle to proactively identify and address issues.
Ensure all code is properly tested before deployment to production environments; resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting
Provide ongoing production support to ensure system reliability.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile development principles and practices.
Develop a deep understanding of client business functions and technology requirements.
Strictly adhere to Information Technology and Security policies & procedures, ensuring all deliverables meet organizational requirements.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
Comprehensive understanding of the Genesys platform, with experience in Schedules, Flows, Queues, APIs, Milestones/Outcomes, implementation of data actions, Scripts, Messenger, and Routing.
Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging within the Genesys environment.
Experience with tools such as GitHub, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Splunk, and Honeycomb.
Preferred experience with AWS services (ECS, IAM, Lambda, S3), as well as Angular, Spring, Kore, Cyara, and Eccentex.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Lean working practices.
