Job Specifications

Position: First-Line Supervisor – Landscaping, Lawn Service, and Groundskeeping

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20–$50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping activities across multiple project sites.
Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to support effective remote collaboration.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
Manage allocation of resources, including equipment and materials, to optimize operations.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and operational best practices.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align on project requirements and expectations.

Requirements

Strong years of experience in landscaping supervision or a related field.
Strong expertise in landscaping operations, project management, and team leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams remotely.
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, and environmental practices.
Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
