Job Specifications
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect who can combine AI architecture, client advisory and commercial leadership. In this role, you will help shape AI opportunities from early client discussions to solution definition and offering support. You understand the technical foundations of modern AI, but you are equally comfortable in presales, workshops, proposals, go-to-market discussions and customer presentations. This is a role for someone who can connect business needs, solution design and market-facing communication.
Your role in a nutshell
As an AI Solution Architect, you will work with clients and internal teams to define AI use cases, shape solution concepts and support commercial growth. You will translate customer needs into clear, credible and scalable AI solutions, support early-stage engagements, contribute to offering development, and represent our capabilities in customer meetings, proposals and selected events. Depending on the engagement, you may also help guide the solution direction into delivery to ensure continuity between what is sold and what is built.
In practice, you will:
Shape AI opportunities with clients and turn them into concrete solution concepts
Support presales through discovery sessions, workshops, proposals and presentations
Design high-level AI architectures and approaches across areas such as GenAI, LLM applications, RAG, copilots, AI agents and automation
Translate technical possibilities into clear business value and implementation direction
Contribute to offering development and the packaging of repeatable AI services
Support go-to-market definition, messaging and positioning for AI-related offerings
Present confidently to clients, leadership teams and external audiences
Work closely with sales, consultants and delivery teams to ensure solutions are both compelling and feasible
What helps you succeed in this role
Experience in AI or data solution design, architecture or consulting
Strong understanding of modern AI solution patterns, especially Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and agentic workflows
Ability to connect business goals, user needs and technical architecture
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
Good understanding of enterprise requirements such as integration, governance, security and scalability
Familiarity with production considerations such as MLOps / LLMOps and solution operationalisation
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Confidence in presenting, storytelling and representing AI topics externally
Fluent Dutch or French, and English
We would especially value:
Experience in presales, offering development or go-to-market work
Experience in executive-level presentations or event speaking
Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Foundry / Azure OpenAI, Databricks or Snowflake, and with orchestration and integration patterns around agents, tool use and MCP
A consulting mindset and the ability to structure ambiguous client needs into actionable opportunities
