Veradermics is a late clinical-stage aesthetics and dermatology focused biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class therapeutics for common dermatologic conditions.

Fresh off an oversubscribed $150 million Series C financing, we are entering an exciting new chapter. Position Overview

Veradermics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Affairs Engagement Coordinator to support Veradermics' engagement and education goals. The Medical Affairs Engagement Coordinator will partner with the Medical Affairs team to provide comprehensive organizational, project management and operational expertise that ensures compliant and efficient execution of Medical Affairs initiatives. The Medical Affairs Engagement Coordinator will oversee and guide contracts/POs/invoices, support budget tracking, manage vendor relationships and financial

tracking, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement and optimize medical projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage contracts, invoicing, and purchase orders (POs), including but not limited to HCP consulting agreements, advisory boards, third-party vendors, medical grants, medical sponsorships, and medical writing.
Support the planning and execution of key medical affairs activities such as advisory boards, clinical trial discussions, scientific publications, and KOL engagement.
Ensure that all medical affairs activities and communications adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate records of medical affairs activities and communications, including shared content version tracking and compensation.
Maintain an annual events calendar and prioritization framework to support Veradermics' engagement goals.
Track event ROI and support lead capture and post-event engagement workflows in Veradermics' CRM.

Candidate Profile | Who You Are

2 years' experience in an operations or logistics role, experience in medical affairs, biotechnology or life sciences preferred
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects, deadlines, and competing priorities with minimal supervision
Strong time management skills; thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to change, and remains calm in challenging situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailoring messaging to staff, attendees, and partners
Resilient mindset, open to constructive feedback, and continuously learning from challenges
Excellent problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail

Location: Remote; east coast preferred
