Overview: The Senior Implementation Lead manages the full client onboarding process for a digital platform, serving as both an implementation specialist and process owner. This role handles configuration, solution consulting, workflow setup, and ensuring smooth, consistent go?lives. It requires strong technical aptitude, independent execution, and the ability to lead in a fast?paced environment. The Senior Implementation Lead partners with cross?functional teams to deliver demos, gather requirements, configure workflows, and drive successful adoption while continually improving and automating onboarding processes.
