About the RoleA major Belgian railway operator is seeking a Customer Master Data Officer to join their Customer Master Data & Privacy team. You will backfill a key role during a company-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program, focusing on privacy request management, data quality, and multiple cleansing in SAP CRM.What You'll DoTreat incoming Privacy-related requests in line with existing procedures and GDPR legislationManage time and prioritize tasks, following up with all stakeholdersHandle Data Quality requests per established proceduresProcess multiple cleansing cases (on-demand and auto-generated) following existing instructionsReport directly to the Customer Data ManagerWhat We're Looking ForAt least a Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics2-5 years proven experience on SAP CRM 'on premise' from a business user perspectiveProven knowledge of GDPR following Belgian Law of 25/05/182-5 years experience in a comparable function involving confidential data handling2-5 years experience working in a public companyNice to HaveExperience with time-bound deliverables (reporting, operations, data processing)Experience in secure environments or confidential processingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in regulated or compliance-driven environmentsLanguagesC1/C2 level in Dutch or French (written & spoken) requiredPractical DetailsLocation: Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)Start: May 2026Duration: ~10 monthsContract: Freelance (Time & Material)Skills: data cleansing,privacy,gdpr,sap crm,master data management,data quality
