ERP Consultant – Data Migration (SAP to D365 F&O) – Hainaut/West Flanders (Belgium) – Freelance 12 months+

For a leading manufacturing client located in the Hainaut/West Flanders region, I am searching for a freelance ERP Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

This is a hybrid role offering 2-3 days working from home.

Role:

Ensuring business data is correctly understood, mapped, validated, and aligned with future processes in D365.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy in the new system.
Translate business requirements into data migration rules and mappings.
Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to validate data.
Support change management and ensure business readiness for migrated data.

Skills:

Proven experience in ERP projects (functional focus).
Experience with or good understanding of D365 F&O.
Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You are fluent in English and you need to have some knowledge of French. Fluent French is a bonus.
