COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

The Graphic Designer & E‑Merchandising Assistant Manager (Prestige) plays a critical role in delivering a best‑in‑class eCommerce experience across Coty’s US retail partners. The primary focus of this role is graphic design - creating, designing, resizing, and optimizing high‑quality digital assets that are fully aligned with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.

In addition to hands‑on design execution, this role supports e‑merchandising content operations, ensuring assets and content are successfully implemented across product detail pages and key digital consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer with excellent organizational, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting COTY’s eCommerce Senior Manager, E-Merchandising & Digital Experience with the following:

Graphic Design and Asset Creation

Design and produce digital assets for eCommerce PDPs and marketing placements, including product imagery, lifestyle assets, site banners, brand shop assets, and email placements
Resize, adapt, and optimize assets across multiple retailer specifications while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, retailer standards, and best‑in‑class eCommerce design practices
Own asset creation workflows and trackers, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and version control
Partner closely with US and global brand teams to translate creative direction into effective eCommerce visuals
Design visually compelling PowerPoint slides for leadership and cross‑functional audiences, translating insights, performance data, and strategies into clear, on‑brand visual storytelling

E‑Merchandising and Content Execution

Audit, manage, and optimize content across US retailer digital product pages, including assets, videos, enhanced content, copy, user‑generated content, and ratings and reviews
Manage new item set-up forms and support streamlined content submissions across US retailers
Collaborate with US and global brand liaisons to ensure alignment with retailer requirements and content needs, sharing US learnings for best‑practice development
Maintain and utilize PDP content implementation trackers, ensuring deadlines are met and escalating risks when necessary
Manage and maintain asset libraries for marketing exposures, sampling, and GWP across brands
Assist with Go‑To‑Market activation decks and leadership presentations, elevating content through strong visual design and storytelling
Partner with senior stakeholders to visually translate insights, performance metrics, trends, and competitive analysis into impactful, easy‑to‑digest slides
Analyze and present findings on content performance, conversion, engagement, AB testing, consumer sentiment, and competitive benchmarks
Identify emerging trends in eCommerce content and design, translating insights into actionable improvements
Support ongoing vendor management related to content creation, syndication, ratings and reviews, and digital shelf analytics
