For an European institution in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a hybrid AI Business Analyst with at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes.
Candidates need to be based in Europe within 2 hours of Belgium.
Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required, but not provided. This position is open for contractors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Document business and functional requirements, and develop business cases;
Analyze and model business processes and business models;
Perform risk analysis;
Support assessment and implementation of AI technologies in business processes, including developing roadmaps for AI deployment;
Occasionally promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization;
Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree;
+5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes;
Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems;
Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations;
Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.);
Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI;
Experience with large organizational administrative processes;
Fluent in English;
