Freelance Python Engineer for AI solutions

We are looking for 2 freelance Python engineers available as soon as possible. For this role Dutch + the possibility to commute to Brussels & Antwerp is a hard must.

You will step into an ongoing, high-impact enterprise project where we are building and industrialising a custom AI application for a large organisation.

The Work Includes

Developing and scaling an internal application
Industrialising the application for production use
Maturing the MLOps framework and deployment processes
Improving reliability, performance, and technical optimisation

Important: this is not a pure machine learning research role.

We are looking for strong software engineers (Python) who are comfortable building AI-enabled applications in production environments. The AI component focuses on optimization, not model training.

We’re Looking For Hands-on Engineers Who

Write clean, production-grade Python code
Understand deployment, versioning, and operational robustness
Can work independently in an enterprise setting
Are pragmatic and delivery-focused

Short-term availability is key.
