Job Specifications

We are looking for a hands‑on Telecom / System Engineer to support our client in Brussels with the installation, configuration, and operation of telecom and network infrastructures in various environments.

You will work directly on connectivity, systems, WiFi, 5G, and technical troubleshooting while ensuring operations for customers and end users. You combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, solution‑driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Telecom & Network Implementation

Install, configure, and manage telecom and network systems
Support end users and customers in daily operations
Perform troubleshooting on incidents and technical faults
Work on infrastructure, connectivity, WiFi, and 5G environments
Execute on‑site interventions and provide fast, high‑quality solutions
Monitor network and system performance
Document configurations, setups, and technical changes

Architecture, Quality & Operational Excellence

Contribute to structured and reliable system and network setups
Ensure high-quality technical handling during interventions
Assist in optimizing existing infrastructures through analysis and documentation
Help drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and user experience

Technical Requirements

Telecom systems, networking, infrastructure
WiFi technologies and/or 5G environments
Troubleshooting and analysis of technical incidents
Working autonomously in hands-on technical environments
Delivering fast, accurate, and customer-oriented technical support
Experience as Telecom Engineer, Network Engineer, or System Engineer is required.
