Continuously optimise pipelines and integrations, improving speed, scalability, and reliability, including the use of AI‑driven automation.
Deliver high‑quality datasets and data models (DWH, Lakehouse) that power analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance daily data operations, resolving issues quickly and proactively strengthening resilience.
Improve performance and observability, optimising data flows and enhancing monitoring, alerting, and automated preventative rules.
Support data governance and compliance, ensuring data quality, lineage, archiving, masking, encryption, and automated controls.
Contribute to platform‑level enhancements, improving CI/CD, orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring for scalable, AI‑ready foundations.
Advance the MBUK data strategy, exploring new technologies and automation opportunities.

What Experience And Knowledge You’ll Bring

Strong knowledge of technical ecosystems, including data integration patterns and system architecture fundamentals.
Clear, confident communicator across all audiences.
Analytical, accurate, and skilled in solving complex problems.
Hands‑on experience with data integration and transformation tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks).
Transforms complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Experienced in Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
