Location: Toronto, ON (3-4 Days Hybrid)

Salary Range: $[100] – $[105]

About This Opportunity:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of software development initiatives and digital platform implementations. This role is ideal for a delivery leader with strong technical fluency, experience coordinating engineering teams, and a track record of driving successful SDLC execution in a consulting or client-facing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Project Delivery

Lead full lifecycle delivery of software development and digital platform implementation projects.
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans across engineering, data, and product workstreams.
Ensure alignment between technical architecture, engineering teams, and business expectations.
Oversee delivery timelines involving application builds, reporting platforms, and analytics solutions.

SDLC & Engineering Coordination

Lead project execution across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): design, development, testing, and release.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, including software developers, data engineers, cloud engineers, and reporting developers.
Manage release planning, integration readiness, and deployment activities.
Identify technical risks, interdependencies, and implement effective mitigation plans.
Support Agile delivery methodologies in partnership with engineering and Scrum teams.

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead for technology programs.
Provide executive-level status reporting on project health, risks, and milestones.
Facilitate alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive structured decision-making and resolve project issues efficiently.
Support change management and adoption planning for implemented solutions.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of experience managing technology delivery or software development projects.
Experience delivering application development, platform implementation, or digital product builds.
Strong understanding of SDLC, technical delivery management, and engineering workflows.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (software, cloud, data, analytics).
Proficiency with delivery and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience with data engineering, analytics platforms, or cloud-based delivery environments.
Familiarity with Power BI, reporting platforms, AI/ML initiatives, or data-driven product development.
Experience working in consulting or professional services delivery settings.
Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.

Domain Experience (Preferred but not Required)

Healthcare technology, digital health platforms, or patient services ecosystems.
Enterprise data & analytics platforms, BI/reporting environments.
AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or data science–driven product development.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern engineering practices.
Business intelligence & visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Consulting or client-facing environments supporting complex technology implementations.
