We're looking for a proactive and delivery focused Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a growing international insurance environment. You'll be stepping into a genuine opportunity to take ownership and make an impact from day one.

In this role you will be supporting large scale change across London Market operations, including claims payment, operational workflow, and wider initiatives.

If you thrive in dynamic, fast moving environments and enjoy seeing projects through end to end, this is a great opportunity to build depth and breadth in a highly visible function.

The role is paying £65,000-75,000 plus bonus and benefits and will require 2-3 days per week working in the Central London office.

We are looking for:

A confident and capable Business Analyst
Demonstrable experience delivering projects end to end across IT and Business Change initiatives
Experience working within the Insurance sector (ideally the London Market)
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem solving skills
Someone who has worked in dynamic and fluid environments
Desirable:

Exposure to low code platforms (Power Apps, Decisions)
