Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to support enterprise security initiatives, focusing on system hardening, network security, identity and access management (IAM), and vulnerability management within a Microsoft/Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of security projects across infrastructure and applications
Work with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint security solutions
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies
Support incident response, root cause analysis, and threat detection
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into systems
Maintain documentation and support security awareness initiatives
Optimize and reengineer security processes for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of server/network administration experience
3+ years of enterprise-level information security experience
Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability management
Strong knowledge of enterprise security practices and Microsoft environments

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure security tools, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory
Familiarity with IDS/IPS and Office 365 DLP
Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit support
Strong documentation and communication skills

Note: This is an onsite role and may require availability during emergency situations as part of essential staff responsibilities.
