Job Specifications

Position: PyCharm-focused Software Engineer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Review and validate AI-generated guidance for advanced PyCharm workflows.
Audit instructions for environment management using Virtualenv, Conda, and Docker.
Assess AI-driven refactoring for adherence to Python best practices.
Evaluate version control workflows including Git conflict resolution and rebasing.
Test IDE-based workflows for database integration and API development.
Provide detailed feedback to improve AI-generated technical documentation.

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in JetBrains PyCharm and advanced IDE workflows.
Strong knowledge of Python architecture, OOP, and coding standards.
Experience integrating databases and APIs within development environments.
Familiarity with Virtualenv, Conda, and Docker in Python workflows.
Advanced Git skills including branching, rebasing, and conflict resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical clarity.
