Role Summary
Our client is building the world's first Human-Led AI Orchestration Layer—a platform designed to empower every human by design with clarity, engagement, and actionable intelligence through our signature Action Points. As Frontend Engineer, you will architect the interface that every human on earth will use to lead AI—unlocking durable economic outcomes for themselves, their families, and the world. You will shape how users manage their data, direct AI, and execute mission-critical workflows. Everything you build is expected to be revenue-ready.
In this role, you will:
Own the UI architecture from the ground up. Build scalable, reusable frontend systems that power our global platform. Integrate authentication across every layer of the frontend. Your work directly defines how humans will interact with the our client's Human Led-AI Platform—and ultimately how they make decisions that shape their lives and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build a clean, responsive, high-performance UI with React + TypeScript
Integrate Clerk for authentication, secure routing, protected components, and session UX
Build reusable components and UI systems aligned with our Human-Led AI workflows
Optimize frontend rendering, accessibility, performance, and security for both web and mobile
Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure token-secured API integration
Implement UX patterns for Action Points™, dashboards, and decision-support workflows
Solve UI bugs quickly and maintain an "enterprise-ready" polish
Requirements
3+ years React + TypeScript experience
Demonstrated experience integrating Clerk (or Auth0, Cognito, Firebase)
Strong architectural thinking and component design
Experience with secure token flows and session handling
Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS, state management, and Git
Preferred
Tailwind/Shadcn, Next.js, and FE CI/CD experience
Experience building dashboards or workflow tools
Expert Level Figma Design experience is a plus

Flexible Hours & Compensation
Our client offers a flexible work structure of 20-40 hours per week, depending on role scope and workload. This role is outcome-driven, not hour-tracked.
Compensation is provided as a fixed monthly stipend, aligned to responsibilities and expected ownership. The stipend remains consistent as long as commitments are met and performance remains strong.
