A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be the architect of our visual narrative. You’ll conceptualize, design, and produce high-end content that resonates deeply with our discerning clientele, particularly those within the luxury space.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design, develop, test, and support web applications and integration services.
Troubleshoot application failures and recommend solutions.
Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Ensure compliance with software processes and procedures.
Drive continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Communicate project deliverables to stakeholders.
Occasionally work outside normal hours to meet deadlines.
Foster a vibrant workplace culture and lead initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

Story Points Completed per Sprint: Tracks the amount of functionality delivered within a set timeframe (Agile methodology).
Code Churn Rate: Measures the amount of code added and then removed (because its wrong) during development
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Tracks the number of complex technical problems solved and innovative solutions implemented.
