Step into the fast-paced world of Digital & Social Commerce as a Business Analyst, where you will shape the operational backbone of global market expansions. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional to master end-to-end process mapping and supply chain excellence within a premier consumer goods environment using ERP systems like SAP and NetSuite.

The Role

Document end-to-end business workflows across D-Commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence.
Build and maintain structured process maps, visual flows, and comprehensive SOP playbooks for scaling global operations.
Support cross-border expansion by mapping requirements for payment flows, last-mile fulfilment models, and international compliance.
Interface directly with external eCommerce agencies and internal Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless inventory availability and order flow.
Identify inefficiencies and "bottlenecks" in digital commerce operations, proposing data-driven solutions to streamline market onboarding.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in Business Operations, process mapping, and documentation (knowledge of Visio or similar mapping tools is a plus).
Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or NetSuite, and advanced MS Office skills.
Foundational understanding of Digital/Social Commerce ecosystems, including Amazon Seller Central or marketplace operations.
High analytical horsepower with the ability to translate complex financial/logistics data into clear, actionable visual flows.
Proactive communication style with experience managing stakeholders or external agencies in a fast-moving retail or FMCG environment.

What's On Offer

Competitive salary up to £51,000 per annum (pro rata) with a long-term contract running until March 2027.
Modern hybrid working model based in a state-of-the-art Kingston campus featuring an on-site gym, canteen, and subsidized staff shop.
Direct exposure to global-scale D2C and Social Commerce strategies at one of the world's most successful consumer goods companies.
Exceptional perks including free local parking and significant discounts on famous household brands.
