Security Consulting Practitioner - Shape Cyber Strategy in a High-Impact Environment (Hybrid, Bristol)

Join a leading consultancy delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across complex, high-impact environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence security strategy, shape resilient architectures, and work on meaningful projects with real-world impact.

We're looking for an experienced Security Consulting Practitioner to drive security strategy, risk assessment, and solution design across a multi-team environment.

What's on offer:

6+ month contract
Max rate of £360 a Day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid working (1 day per week onsite in Bristol)
Opportunity to work on impactful, security-critical programmes

What you'll be doing:

Shape and deliver a security strategy aligned to business objectives
Conduct in-depth security risk and vulnerability assessments
Design and review secure architectures and solutions
Provide quality assurance across security frameworks and implementations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices
Lead workshops and provide expert guidance on cyber resilience

Essential skills:

Advanced expertise in Security Strategy & Planning
Strong experience in Security Risk Assessment
Proven ability in Security Architecture Design
Experience with Security Vulnerability Assessments
Background in Security Solution Development & Quality Assurance

Nice to have:

Experience working in regulated or complex environments
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
