We’re looking for an Associate Creative Project Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and excited to help build the foundation for a high-performing creative team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how creative teams work, can turn briefs into clear action plans, build realistic timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly from intake to final delivery. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership, support multiple workstreams, and help improve the systems and processes that keep great work on track.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate projects from intake through delivery across scoping, production, review, and release
Review briefs to ensure scope, requirements, and assets are complete before work begins
Build and manage timelines based on priorities and team capacity
Partner across design, writing, marketing, and stakeholders to keep teams aligned
Track progress, communicate updates, flag risks, and drive next steps
Support review cycles by consolidating feedback into clear, actionable direction
Maintain organized documentation, file management, and version control
Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and accountability
Help build dashboards and reporting views in project management tools
What You Bring
Experience in creative operations or project coordination in an agency, in-house, or marketing environment
Strong understanding of creative workflows, timelines, and terminology
Ability to translate briefs into structured, actionable plans
Experience supporting work across digital, retail, advertising, marketing, social, print, or related channels
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Interest in using tools, automation, and AI to improve creative operations
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Curiosity around process optimization and scalable studio operations
Working knowledge of design file types and creative asset management
Tools & Software
Monday.com, Asana, Notion, or similar project management tools
Microsoft 365
Drive and DAM platforms
Adobe Creative Cloud basics
Emerging tools that support automation and AI workflows
