We are seeking a Functional Business Systems Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, risk, and compliance to gather and document business requirements
Translate functional needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
Support front-to-back office processes including trade lifecycle, settlements, and reporting
Work closely with technology teams on system enhancements, testing, and implementation
Perform UAT coordination and ensure alignment with regulatory and business standards

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
Experience with trade processing, risk systems, and regulatory reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
