As a member of the operation team, you will manage core business-as-usual activities and assist with process improvements across the organisation. You will develop a deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle in traditional asset classes. The ideal candidates should be eager to learn and able to understand new systems. A positive attitude towards making things better, good organizational skills, and a careful eye for detail will help you succeed in the team.

The Role:
Carry-out external and internal trade validation
Monitor and validate margin requirements
Investigation and clearance of reconciliation breaks
Appropriate escalation of any trade related queries
Assist with daily cash and liquidity management operations
Monitor and execute daily funding and cash concentration transfers
Allocation of incoming and outbound payments accurately and within SLAs across a range of providers
Troubleshoot payment processing issues promptly to minimize disruptions
Liaise with financial institutions, payment service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
Communicate with internal teams and assist with queries generated through internal workflows

Requirements:
Degree educated
