About The Role
The Internal IT Support Engineer will be required to provide and promote a professional, high quality, service across the Node4 Group, whilst getting the opportunity to be exposed to a complex, ever-changing enterprise of technology.
Working with the Team Leader, and as part of the wider Internal IT team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality support, across a range of technologies to all our internal clients.
What will you bring?
Possess excellent IT troubleshooting skills with an ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows endpoints and identity, including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Intune.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the technological underpinnings of Node4 internal platforms.
- Demonstrate good technical skills including being able to show experience of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Mimecast, MAM & MDM, N-Able or similar endpoint management tools, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, systems monitoring, automation and anti-malware.
- Experience of utilising an ITSM platform, such a Service Now.
- Experience of working within the ITIL framework.
- Confident, self-assured ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and energetic environment.
- Organised and a structured approach to work.
- A team player who can work with diverse areas across the Node4 Group.
- Interest in keeping up to date on technology.
- Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Experience of producing and maintaining documentation and training of other Team members.
