Information about the position
The Workplace Experience Team is dedicated to creating diverse and flexible work environments across Vinted offices, warehouses, and verification centres. As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and facilities management for our warehouses across multiple locations in France, as well as a small office. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the Workplace Experience Team to ensure Vinted’s facilities and operational standards are consistently applied. You will also collaborate with VintedGo stakeholders and warehouse management teams to understand the specific needs of each location, implement necessary changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
In this position, you’ll
Fully manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining adequate supplies (e.g., snacks, office supplies, etc.).
Oversee warehouse and workplace operations, addressing location-specific challenges as they arise.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, fostering partnerships, and driving continuous improvements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, People, Finance, Legal, IT and others.
Plan and oversee yearly budgets, monitor spending, and make operational decisions.
Organise inclusive and engaging events that strengthen workplace culture.
Contribute to Workplace Experience projects by gathering and analysing data to enhance the employee experience.
Support the opening of new locations by coordinating setup and ensuring smooth operations.
Onboard new employees, communicate updates across locations and collect employee feedback.
Be ready for frequent travel across France (and potentially beyond) as part of the role.
About You
Is fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
Has prior experience in workplace management, facilities management, or employee experience, preferably in warehouse environments.
Possesses strong skills in budget planning, event organisation, and vendor management.
Is proactive, highly independent, and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management and communication abilities.
Demonstrates adaptability with a positive mindset.
(Optional but preferred) Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a car
