Leading a squad of 7 backend developers
Remaining hands on whilst leading and mentoring developers
Drive the team to ensure exceptional development standards and practices
Design and implement the technical road map
Requirements
Extensive experience with PHP
Experience of leading teams and mentoring developers
Strong knowledge of Laravel / Symfony
Knowledge of Golang
Strong API development experience
CI / CD, GCP / AWS and Kubernetes experience is a bonus
