Position Concept
The Managed Print Services Analyst is responsible for delivering and maintaining operational excellence for our large, enterprise clients. The Managed Print Services Analyst ensures Xerox achieves our contracted service levels, through process efficiency, data integrity and business analytics. In this role, the Managed Print Services Analyst will quarterback all escalations regarding the accounts in their portfolio. They will work with a diverse group of departments internally to cross functionally do root cause analysis to resolve issues for clients. Reporting, trending and analysis will be completed by the Managed Print Services Analyst and provided to internal stakeholders and/or clients.
Skills
Strong communication skills, spoken and written, in both English and French
Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
Strength in MS office particularly Excel and Power BI
Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to apply critical thinking
Customer Service and focus
Effective Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Change agility and ability to adapt to changing customer requirements
Experience
Previous experience in business-to-business role
College Diploma/University Degree is an asset
Languages
Both French and English languages are required for this position
