The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Entry-Level Paid Media Executive to join our talented team. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, developing paid media strategies that generate impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across PPC and social channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and A/B testing to enhance campaign success.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Assist in client reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations.

About You
A keen interest in digital marketing, particularly paid media and performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other paid media platforms is a plus (but not essential – we’ll train you!).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
