For our office in Brussels , we are looking for an enthousiastic Fullstack Java developer !

Your Mission

As a Fullstack Java Developer, you will play a key role in the development of scalable, high-performance applications. You will work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring the quality, maintainability, and security of the applications.

Your responsibilities include:

Designing and developing web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and modern frontend technologies.
Ensuring code quality through best practices (TDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles).
Implementing and consuming RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange.
Optimizing performance and scalability of applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-value solutions.
Deploying and maintaining applications in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Frontend: Angular / React / Vue.js

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines
Security: OAuth2, JWT, SSO

Profile Required

3 to 6 years of experience in fullstack Java development.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, and frontend frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments and DevOps practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player mindset.

Dutch or French and English are mandatory. Proficiency in both languages is preferred.
