DevOps Team Leader – SaaS – AWS – 1 day per week onsite in Surrey - £110k+

Are you a Technical DevOps Leader looking to join a leading SaaS FinTech business based in Surrey.

This business deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions across physical data centres and AWS cloud environments.
DevOps Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership in supporting the SaaS offering deployed in AWS in both classic VMs and on Kubernetes clusters
Collaborate with Customer Success & Support teams to enhance platform performance.
Engage with external vendors and manage cloud governance strategies.
Develop observability, telemetry, and automation roadmaps.
Ensure financial best practices for cost-effective cloud operations.
DevOps Team Leader - What You Need to Succeed:
Technical leadership experience in cloud engineering
Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes/Terraform, Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture & cloud cost management
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of telephony tech (SIP, session border controllers, etc.)
