Our client is an exciting Global SaaS organisation who have a reputation of being a great place to work. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Analyst team leader. This role will commence as a contract position with high likelihood the right candidate will move to permanent. The role will lead the development of a new marketing science arm in the EMEA business and have a small team reporting in to them. Hybrid role with 2 days a week in their superb offices in Victoria, London.
Skills
5+ years experience in a corporate marketing role
Experience leading a team of marketing analysts / marketing scientists
Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe -Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Advanced analytics techniques: expertise in regression models (e.g. ridge regression, Bayesian regression), time series analysis, forecasting + end to end Media Mix Marketing (MMM) ownership experience.
Duties
Design and execute marketing campaigns: based on data-driven insights to increase customer acquisition, retention, and overall ROI
Evaluate campaign effectiveness: adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Gather and analyze data from various marketing channels, including digital advertising. This will involve the use of SQL/Python to access and lead the MMM process.
Work with other marketing scientists and stakeholders to design and implement experiments to triangulate model impacts and improve accuracy of learnings.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in marketing analytics
