Electronics Engineer – High-Speed PCB Design
Location: Gloucester or Guildford (On-Site Working)

We’re looking for a skilled PCB Design Engineer to join a specialist engineering team developing cutting-edge hardware solutions. Working within a highly secure environment, this role offers the chance to create mission-critical technology deployed in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• PCB Design Expertise: High-speed or RF PCB design, circuit design, and component selection.
• End-to-End Development: Work in a start-up-style team with the backing of a global organisation, developing new products at pace.
• Technical Innovation: Solve real-world problems from first principles, designing solutions from the ground up.
• Secure & Collaborative Environment: On-site work required to immerse in a highly secure setting, collaborating with engineers across disciplines.

What We’re Looking For:
• PCB Design Expertise – High-speed or RF PCB design must be a core part of your current role.
• Experience developing new products from scratch, taking them through full lifecycle development.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly technical environment with rapid design cycles.
• Eligibility for high-level UK security clearance (UK residency required).

Data Architecture & Management Design conceptual, logical, and physical data architectures that support business and analytics needs. Implement data cataloging and data governance frameworks to enhance data discovery, lineage tracking, and compliance. Define data modeling standards, ensuring alignment with business intelligence, AI/ML, and analytics strategies. Develop data security frameworks, including encryption, access control, and data masking. Support data migration and transitioning strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
