We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce squad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of Salesforce frameworks. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The individual must be proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Technical Skills:
Change management and continuous delivery pipeline tools: Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow.
Experience in another Object-Oriented language (Java, C++, etc.) is a plus.
Solid understanding of Web technologies: HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, REST.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment with good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

What Will Make You Successful…
5-10 years of IT development experience.
Solid programming/coding experience in Apex, Lightning, JavaScript. Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
Deep knowledge in Salesforce configuration – knowing what is out of the box and what needs to be customized.
Experience in Salesforce integration with other applications, and understanding how systems interact with each other, including error handling, security, and performance.
Strong background in DevOps with experience in branching strategies, continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring in an Agile environment that requires scalability and reliability.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones (Europe and APAC).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex situations and dependencies.
