GPU Software Engineer - Graphics / GPU Architecture / Vulkan / OpenGLES / Metal

We're partnered with a global leader in tech and mobile/wireless development, and they're looking for a GPU Software Engineer them ideally onsite on a 1 year PAYE contract (Inside IR35) in Cambridge
As an GPU Software Engineer, you will work closely with other teams to implement the algorithms and prototyping it on mobile platform and will propose and implement optimization solution at GPU subsystem and SOC level (amongst other tasks)
Required skills:
BSEE or BSCS required. MS/PhD in EE or CS preferred.
Minimum 5+ years graphic algorithm development, mobile GPU software development or mobile GPU system optimization required.
Strong background in graphic algorithm, good knowledge of mobile game rendering flows and ray tracing.
Good knowledge of mobile GPU architecture.
Good knowledge of graphics and computer API’s (Vulkan, OpenGLES, Metal etc.).
Excellent team working skills, self-motivated and results focused
Desired skills:
Game engine experience, especially Unreal Engine 4 or 5
AI and NPU knowledge, especially Pytorch experience
Experience of develop mobile games
Experience of advanced rendering algorithm development
