Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Biology PhD to contribute to AI training in high-level biological subjects. This position requires a passion for scientific communication and expertise in Cell and Molecular Biology, Physiology, and Biochemistry. Join us in bridging the gap between AI technology and biological sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials in biology for AI models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biological data into AI systems.
Conduct detailed research and analysis to support AI model development.
Ensure scientific accuracy and clarity in all communications and documentation.
Present complex biological concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Stay updated with current trends and advancements in the field of biology and AI.
Enhance AI capabilities by leveraging biological knowledge and data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
PhD in Biology or a related field with a focus on Cell and Molecular Biology, Physiology, and Biochemistry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven experience in scientific research and data analysis.
Strong ability to translate complex biological concepts into accessible formats.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using scientific databases and bioinformatics tools.
Familiarity with AI applications in biological research is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI model development and training.
Publication record in top-tier scientific journals.
Experience in interdisciplinary projects combining biology and technology.
