Shift Technician – Data Centre
Location: West London
Salary: £56,000
Shift Pattern: Continental (24/7 rotational)

We are seeking a Shift Technician to maintain critical building systems in a high-performance data centre. You will be responsible for PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault diagnosis on electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, generators, HV, PDU’s, and CRAC units.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical & mechanical systems
Ensure environmental conditions are maintained at all times
Respond to faults and defects promptly
Supervise sub-contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation

Requirements:
City & Guilds qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration Building Services
HV Authorised Person qualification (or willingness to obtain)
BS7671 18th Edition Regulations certification
Experience in data centres or other critical environments
Strong knowledge of BMS, generators, UPS, HVAC, and electrical systems
