Junior Project Planner – Wind Industry

Start Date: 25th March 2025
Contract: 6-month rolling contract
Rate: Negotiable DOE (Inside IR35)
Location: Office-based
Hours: 8-hour shifts per day

Are you looking to kickstart your career in project planning within the exciting and rapidly growing wind energy sector? We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Planner to join our client and gain hands-on experience in planning and coordinating renewable energy projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside industry experts on cutting-edge wind power projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6.
Tracking project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
Supporting data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas).
Collaborating closely with project managers and engineers to monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Assisting in risk assessment and mitigation planning to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic experience or understanding of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the renewable energy industry.
