The Eramet Group is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to join the Data Technologies team in the Eramet Group IT Department. You will be leading business intelligence, predictive analytics and imaging projects. You will manage Data projects in a cloud environment, notably on Power BI and Azure. You will be responsible for application lifecycle management, level 2 support and corrective maintenance. At the same time, you will coordinate technical evolutions, ensure reporting and guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.
Regular travel in France and abroad (Gabon, Argentina, Norway...) according to projects
Responsabilities
Manage data processing, modeling and analysis, including business intelligence and data science. Analyze business requirements, macro-code and formalize DevOps backlogs for Scrum teams.
Project monitoring: Monitor progress, resolve problems to guarantee quality, costs and deadlines, and manage business acceptance before handing over to the TMA team.
Supplier support and management: Provide level 2 support and supervise supplier performance.
Technology watch: Conduct technology watch activities to propose technical and functional improvements.
Project Management Assistance (PMA): analyze and understand business processes, identify Data management rules and propose appropriate solutions.
Your profile
3 years minimum experience in Data development and BI reporting, ideally in a Cloud environment and on Ms Power B and Ms Azure Data Viz tools (Synapse, DataFactory...)
proficiency in database query languages (SQL), ideally DAX.
Knowledge of functional areas enabling rapid understanding of business needs, e.g. Sales, Supply chain, HR, Finance, etc.
Knowledge of market IS applications, ideally SAP
Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management, ideally SCRUM
Good communication and teamwork skills
Rigor and analytical skills
Fluent English, Spanish a plus
