We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our client that operates in the B2B SaaS industry. Our client facilitates digital transformation allowing their customers to modernise their management experiences and streamline processes. This business is at the forefront of bringing the real estate sector into the digital age.

We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You will work closely with Onboarding, Product & Sales teams to deliver tailored software solutions for customers. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration of customer environments, you will be able to demonstrate and articulate the features of products best suited for the customer. You will be required to contribute to meetings to identify the best solutions to a customer’s requirements.

Our client has an open policy when it comes to remote working, they can support a fully remote model (with occasional office visits), as well as hybrid models with offices in both London and West Sussex.

Requirements:
4+ years in a technical solution role or similar
Programming experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experienced in writing advanced formula/queries/code. Using any recognised technology (such as Excel VBA, MYSQL, JSON etc) which skills could be transferrable to the custom domain language.
Understanding of mathematical and financial/accounting concepts
Solid experience in SaaS technology or experience working on customisable technology products
Exposure configuring API integrations
Previous experience working in B2B environments
