Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of research projects and other insight gathering initiatives.
Be the research Subject Matter Expert when working with NHS Supply Chain colleagues.
Design the right research methodology to address any given research problem.
Work across NHS Supply Chain to formalise and progress research and insight requirements.
Bring research to life for all our audiences through great story telling.
Deliver engaging and actionable insights across the business.
Work collaboratively, developing strong relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Work with the wider research team to deliver influential insights from operational through to strategic levels.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
Extensive experience of working in a research environment, this could be for example in an academic, research agency or other corporate research setting.
Experience of B2B research.
Experience of designing and delivering both qualitative and quantitative research projects from proposal and fieldwork to analysis and presentation.
An in depth understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to bring together a consistent and joined-up research and insight approach.
Proven ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Working knowledge of tools such as SmartSurvey, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics and NVivo.
Analytical skills with the ability to extract key drivers and insights from a range of research and data.
Understanding of horizon scanning would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player with a strong can-do attitude.
