Our client, a leading ed-tech company offering innovative training and apprenticeship programs to both B2B and B2C audiences, is seeking a Marketing Product Strategy Senior Manager to lead and shape their product marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on market growth and success by building the product marketing engine, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that products resonate with target audiences.

You will report into the CMO and drive the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies for a portfolio that includes apprenticeships and trainings.

Responsibilities:
Create and lead the product marketing capability, defining frameworks for success.
Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to align product launches and messaging.
Conduct deep market research and synthesise customer insights to refine strategies and create product-market fit.
Define product positioning and unique selling propositions based on customer needs and competitive analysis.
Monitor performance and optimise marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
Lead the creation of impactful product assets to support Sales teams with collateral, battlecards, and other tools.

Required:
8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
Proven ability to strategise and execute with a focus on driving market success.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly between Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
Exceptional copywriting and interpersonal skills.

Rate: 80-90k FTC, depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in London office

Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced Software and Systems Manual Test Engineer to support them with a crucial implementation and integration project on a contract basis. This will initially be for four months, with the possible view to extend. You will be sitting within an existing, experienced test team but will specifically work on this piece of work along side a Test Lead. A new central message exchange system and data integration platform will be implemented, then integrated across the business which will require software and systems testing along the path of the project and through to the end of the project. The final stage of the project with be the testing of the product. The company are predominantly a manual testing house; however, some experience of automation is required as some automation may be introduced at times. The databases are all Oracle and SQL based so experience of working on both is required and DevOps is in place to manage the project work. The Test Team currently work with DSDM, so experience of working with Agile is essential and currently working to two weekly sprints. Please note, you would be required to attend the office in Horley, Surrey 1-2 times a week so it’s imperative you can travel here consistently. Please do not apply if this location isn't suitable. More locally based candidates would be preferable for this reason. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.There is plenty of local parking and the office is a five/ten-minute walk to the train station.
