We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing, digital and technology driven insurance who is seeking an Interim Head of Communications & Marketing to implement and shape their marketing, internal and external communications strategy during a pivotal growth phase. This is initially a contract until the end of the year, with the potential for the position to be made permanent.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic communications and marketing plan that enhances brand positioning, drives engagement, and ensures consistent messaging across multiple channels. Working closely with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders, you will craft compelling narratives, support key business initiatives, and optimise both digital and traditional communication efforts.

The successful candidate will be involved in:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.
Collaborate with shareholders and key stakeholders to align messaging across events and publications.
Provide senior executives with strategic messaging, speechwriting, and talking points.
Maximise the visibility of key initiatives and events across relevant channels.
Enhance digital marketing efforts by leveraging data-driven insights to improve reach and engagement.
Foster strong relationships with industry media and financial press to maintain a strong market presence.
Adapt communication strategies to effectively engage global audiences and respect cultural nuances.
Oversee brand consistency across corporate communications, marketing initiatives, and digital content.
Manage and update content for the corporate website and intranet.

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience leading communications and marketing functions in the financial services sector
A track record of success in high-growth or transformation environments.
Strong expertise in both internal and external communications, with the ability to shape strategic messaging
Excellent writing, editorial, and speechwriting skills, with a keen eye for tone and audience engagement
A deep understanding of global markets and cultural sensitivities, with the ability to tailor communications accordingly
Strong digital marketing experience, with knowledge of emerging trends and best practices
Experience in stakeholder engagement and media relations within the financial services sector
The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment

Job Description
-Senior Network Engineer -Remote first - Occasional travel to Glasgow-12 month contract via Umbrella -ASAP Start Experienced Senior Network Engineer required for our Glasgow-based financial services client, to join the existing team as they continue their transformational journey. The team supports a comprehensive programme, aimed at consolidating the network and voice platforms. The business operates a hybrid operating model to deliver network and voice services to colleagues and customers alike, via their technical in-house teams and outsourced/managed services. The role will involve working with the Network Infrastructure and Voice teams to deliver configuration and maintenance of routing, switching and security devices within the enterprise campus and Data Centre environments. There will be further responsibility for Lifecycle management for all network devices including upgrades, capacity management and succession planning. Candidates will be expected to provide technical support for complex problems and sharing of specialist experience, as well as supporting delivery of Network/Voice solution design documents. You will proactively contribute to technical discussions and work closely with relevant stakeholders across the business effectively. Skills/Experience Required Extensive technical background with Cisco routing and switching technologies, including ACI Broad understanding/experience of Juniper or Palo Alto network environments Broad expertise across network security and voice Detailed knowledge across TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN Wireless routing protocols expertise - OSPF, BGP Network monitoring tools exposure Strong understanding of the technologies and challenges in data centre environments Financial Services experience is beneficial.
