An exciting opportunity has come available within a growing, top performing investment management house. They are looking for a performance analyst to join their team who can work within all asset classes as this role offers great exposure to all.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail-orientated and have 2-4 demonstrable experience within an investment environment. You must have an evident passion for the industry.

The role will include:
Assist in the calculation, production and reporting of fund, benchmark and peer performance & attribution over various frequencies
Performance and attribution reporting covered includes Equities, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset. However Fixed Income is prefered.
Assist with daily ad hoc requests and query investigations.
Engage with various stakeholders in the business including Portfolio Managers & broader Investment Teams, Client Groups, Marketing and Ops.
Assist in the continual development and improvement of performance & attribution reports, processes and system configuration.
Support the broader Performance team with BAU and other project tasks as and when required.
Support the client services team with portfolio, performance and risk queries

The candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in Asset Management
Strong academic background
Strong communication, analytical skills and confidence
Industry relevant qualifications, IMC or CFA (Level 1) would be preferred
Some knowledge of SQL, Factset and Python would be beneficial
Advanced MS Office abilities, particularly in VBA and Excel
