Job Title: UX Designer: Web and Mobile Design - Accessibility - User Research
Location: Farringdon/Hybrid
Salary/Rate: £350 - £375 Per Day (Outside IR35)
Start Date: 24/03/2025
Job Type: Contract - 3 month initial, scope of extension to end of year.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our team, working on Project Transact for AWS. This role requires a strong background in web and mobile design, with a particular focus on accessibility and user research.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and accessible user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
Work closely with developers to implement and test designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Required Skills/Experience
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on web and mobile platforms.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Proficient in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with AWS services and environments is a plus.
