Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality backend and frontend solutions. You will play a key role in building scalable, efficient applications, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring seamless integration within our development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality backend and frontend software solutions.
Test and maintain delivered artifacts to ensure performance and reliability.
Write and update technical documentation.

Technical Competencies:
Strong ability to capture, articulate, and understand technical user requirements.
Experience creating and maintaining backwards-compatible API components.
Ability to work efficiently in a Linux and CI/CD environment.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Jest, Java, Spring Boot, and JUnit (or ability to quickly learn these technologies).
Experience with Figma is a plus.
Experience integrating legacy services using exotic protocols is a plus.
Familiarity with Gradle, npm, or Git is an advantage.
Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or cloud platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Proven collaboration and teamwork experience within agile teams.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency (C1/C2) as per the CEFR framework is essential.
Knowledge of French is an asset.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software development and coding in Java, Python, Swift, etc..
