As a Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in modernizing our platforms, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high-performance user experience for energy traders and providers.

Contract Type: Freelance or Permanent contract (1-year)

What You’ll Be Doing

Upgrade and maintain our frontend frameworks, ensuring CMS and eggsPort are updated to Angular 19
Enhance UI consistency across Energy One software to align with our global design system
Develop new features and improve existing ones to enhance platform usability and performance
Collaborate with backend engineers and UX designers to create a seamless user experience
Improve security and stability by reducing technical debt and streamlining future upgrades
Support the implementation of a global component library for consistent UI across all platforms
Optimize dashboard functionalities, ensuring a user-friendly navigation experience
Enhance data visualization, including redesigned graphs, tables, and activity logs
Reduce redundancy by consolidating UI elements and minimizing duplicated development efforts

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Angular (16, 17, 18, or 19) and frontend development best practices
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and RxJS
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience implementing design systems
Experience optimizing frontend performance for scalability and security
Familiarity with API integration and working alongside backend teams
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with international teams
